Chef Kurt Stiles joined FOX 2 St. Louis to showcase some of his plant-based culinary creations, including Chef Pure Soups and his eggplant bacon products. Known for blending culinary expertise with food science, Chef Kurt develops recipes that are flavorful, functional, and nutritionally smart.

He highlighted: Pot Pie, Wild Rice & Mushrooms, White Bean Chili, Italian Zuppa, Sweet Corn Chowder, and our Potato Soup.

All soups are gluten-free,low-sodium, and low-glycemic, crafted to maintain great taste without sacrificing health benefits. He also featured eggplant bacon jerky and eggplant bacon bits, showcasing our vegan, allergen-free approach that avoids dairy, wheat, and soy.

That experience is what led me to create my store. Today, I’m grateful to say that I now run my dream store, open seven days a week, focused entirely on local foods and products. We’re passionate about helping people connect with what they eat and where it comes from, and your work aligns beautifully with that mission.
