Leftover Creamy Wild Rice & Mushroom Soup → Wild Rice & Mushroom Savory Patties

Ingredients

  • Two cups of leftover Wild Rice & Mushroom Soup 

  • ½ cup gluten-free oat flour 

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or Chia Seeds

  • ¼ cup finely diced celery 

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients until firm enough to shape. 

  2. From patties. 

  3. Bake or air-fry until crisp. 

  4. Serve with a side salad.
