  • 1–2 cups fresh greens (kale, spinach) 

  • ½ cup white beans or chickpeas (optional for extra protein/fiber) 

  • Lean protein add-in (optional): shredded chicken or turkey sausage 

Instructions:

  1. Bring soup to a simmer. 

  2. Add greens and cook until wilted. 

  3. Stir in beans or lean protein if needed. 

  4. Simmer 5–10 minutes and serve.
